DesignDaily just Received a project from the architect: Brett Milkovich, Texas, USA, under the title of "Urban Public Park".
Here Is The Project Description:
The Dallas Arts District requires a new type of Urban Fabric which creates lively public spaces and begins to piece together the now fractured, deserted private realms created by buildings only open for brief moments in time.
By introducing diverse programmatic elements connected together by larger public spaces, the Arts District will become a well inhabited public destination.
The proposed urban landscape consists of ground level leasing space connected by a rooftop park. This program is then anchored on either end by a vertical community garden tower for the indoor growing of produce, and by a vertical, stacked urban park.
