The Mosque is designed by StudiOZ in Kaisery Municipality, in memory of Sinan, the architect; historically, the Turkish mosque reached its highest potential under his design. Sinan created a metaphor of the mosque by using a single dome placed upon a square - which is the most stable form to symbolize infinity.
The Mosque’s shell is made of a steel constructed pattern, based on the concept points of infinity. The space inside the large concrete sphere and the dome is enough to gather a great number of people for the purpose of praying or socializing . It provides a library, workshop places and exhibition spaces as well.
