The total area of the project on the ground of more than four hundred thousand square meters , including two high-rise building, are 258 meters 58 layers and 315 meters in 68 layers.Conference center height of about 47 meters, internal contain a two thousand of the conference hall, a concert hall five hundred, three function rooms, as well as in small meeting rooms, lounges and other facilities.

A major feature of this project is the exterior appearance of the material GRC ( glass fiber reinforced concrete ).
By GRC precast concrete panels, Zaha able to show a lot of double-curved shape on the building, its complexity is even more than Beijing's Bird's Nest. The entire project facades spent 110,000 square meters of GRC, basically created a world record.
Another miracle of this project is to start from the design to the conference center is open to use, only took three years. Such a complex design and construction, in such a short time is unbelievable.
Two thousand large conference room has been named as the Poly Theater.
